Now a worldwide phenomenon, legendary Japanese chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa launched his first Southern California dining establishment, Beverly Hills’ Matsuhisa in 1987. Today, a number of Nobu branded destinations call the area home, including Nobu Malibu, Nobu Newport Beach, and the Nobu Ryokan hotel.
In line with the company’s focus on the finer things in life, Nobu Malibu upped the ante on their gorgeous outdoor dining area several years ago with the addition of Infratech heaters so diners can enjoy a fresh catch on both warm summer days and chilly winter evenings. Our heaters also keep restaurant goers cozy at the equally lovely Nobu Newport Beach. Recently, the newly-opened exclusive Japanese style inn Nobu Ryokan chose our heaters to allow guests to enjoy the stunning oceanside landscape in comfort year-round.
